Customer Service Representative – Tango Press

Tango Press is a 100% digital printing and converting company for corrugated packaging and
displays, focused on fast design and production of mid to large-sized production volumes. We
are a new kind of solutions provider specializing in answering the dynamic needs of an evolving
marketplace. The company was created to compress production timelines typically needed in
analog printing, deliver exceptional quality, and solve schedule and volume related issues in the

Who We Seek:

Based out of our Springdale, AR location, the Customer Service Representative will be
responsible for managing details of all customer projects. This includes coordinating customerspecific needs with the design, pre-production, production, and logistics teams, while supporting
the Sales team in delivering an exceptional customer experience. This position requires a high
degree of attention to detail, excellent project management skills, bias towards results, and
uncompromising follow through.

Responsibilities:

The Customer Service Representative will:

• Work in conjunction with the Sales, Customer Service and Design Teams on project
planning and execution.
• Create a client engagement experience that will WOW our customers and meet or exceed
their needs and expectations.
• Build and maintain a database and schedule of projects within the design department and
ensure the projects are completed on time. An important element of this is the
communication of project details to all stakeholders (Sales, Customer Service, and
Production).
• Assist in the creation of the Tango Press Packaging Innovation Center: A creative hub
dedicated to showcasing our design expertise, digital production tools, and speed to
market capabilities.
• Identify and implement continuous improvements for increased efficiency, cost savings,
reduction of waste, and throughput of all Tango Press systems and processes.
• Ensure that manufactured products meet and exceed quality standards that will delight
our customers.
• Ensure the production area and team are always “Tour Ready” and extra cleanup is not
required. A 5S mindset is a definite advantage in this area.
• Contribute to and promote a positive and supportive work environment.

Qualifications:

• 5 Years’ experience in packaging industry, or exceptional resume of successful customer
service/project coordinator responsibilities.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience preferred in managing insides sales and customer projects.
• Training and dedication to continuous process improvement.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal (English).
• Track record for delivering exception service and experience with customers, partners,
and suppliers.

tasks.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal (English).
• Must have a STRONG attention to detail.
